COVID-19 Health & Safety Protocols
This document is a summary of the key COVID19 practices. The is a living document that will be adjusted as needed based on the implementation of new guidance from the CDC or mandates from federal, state and local government agencies.
General Protocols
Prior to attending the event, all attendees are expected to have been healthy for at least 14 days , showing no signs or symptoms of COVID19 or been exposure to or caring for someone with COVID19.
Take additional precautions for those at higher risk for severe illness, particularly older adults and those of any age who have severe underlying health conditions.
Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands.
Watch for symptoms
People with COVID-19 have had a wide range of symptoms reported – ranging from mild symptoms to severe illness. Symptoms may appear 2-14 days after exposure to the virus. People with these symptoms may have COVID-19:
- Fever or chills
- Cough
- Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
- Fatigue
- Muscle or body aches
- Headache
- New loss of taste or smell
- Sore throat
- Congestion or runny nose
- Nausea or vomiting
- Diarrhea
ALL Guests under over the age of 2 are Required Guests to follow all COVID19 Guidelines Wear Masks.
Wear your Mask Correctly
- Wash your hands or use hand sanitizer before putting on your mask.
- Put the mask over your nose and mouth and secure it under your chin.
- Fit the mask snugly against the sides of your face, slipping the loops over your ears or tying the strings behind your head.
- If you have to continually adjust your mask, it doesn’t fit properly, and you might need to find a different mask type or brand.
- Make sure you can breathe easily.
Non-Invasive Temperature Checks and general COVID19 questions will be conducted prior to entering the event.
We will be controlling the maximum attendance to maximize the space available to each guest.
The event is setup to abide by the CDC’s social distancing guidelines. All guests are required to ensure that they are practicing social distancing (6 feet; two arm lengths) at all times while attending the event. Guests viewing entertainment, in the form of live shows, fireworks display, or other people playing games, will be separated from the performances and each other by at least six feet. (Social distancing is encouraged but not enforced if in a private suite)
We promote Guest Separation in Seating Areas
Hand Sanitizer Stations are located throughout the event venue.
Frequent hand washing is encouraged.
Following industry and CDC guidelines, any and all food service items such as napkins, food wrappings, condiments, and cutlery will be accepted prepackaged.
