As Digital Marketing Officer at JPAR® – Real Estate, he has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership skills, driving the organization to achieve remarkable growth through innovative and impactful marketing strategies.
Over the past year, Clement developed and led digital marketing campaigns and strategies for JPAR’s Recruiting Division, resulting in over 900 agents being hired across the company-owned offices in Texas. His efforts accounted for over 40% of the agents hired, demonstrating the effectiveness of his digital marketing campaigns. Additionally, he spearheaded the digital marketing campaigns for JPAR’s Franchise Division, generating over 2,100 leads for the franchise sales team in 2022. More than half of JPAR’s franchises sold in 2022 stemmed from his campaigns and strategic initiatives.
Clement was pivotal in negotiating JPAR’s PR contract and co-managing the PR efforts. His team produced over a dozen press releases in 2022, garnering widespread coverage in local and national outlets, significantly enhancing JPAR’s brand awareness and exposure. He also was the co-project lead on developing and launching both JPAR’s updated careers and franchise websites, which has improved brand awareness and generated new leads for JPAR’s recruiting and franchise sales teams.
