Questions and Answers Highlights:
Laura: Amy, you have been heavily working on two big areas recently. One of those being onboarding and the other being financial wellness. Today we are going to dive deeper into those topics.
Amy: Yes Laura, I have learned a lot in those fields and I am excited to share my discoveries with you. With onboarding, I realized there were two areas where it hits – the compliance piece and the culture piece.
Laura: Tell me a little bit about the tech side of what you’re doing. You had mentioned that you work with prop tech startups. What surprised you about working with pop tech startups in this industry?
Amy: The thing that amazes me the most and that I’ve been working with prop text now, basically looking at how they on board real estate agents into their product, and then how they keep them engaged.
Laura: I would love to get a little bit more insight from you because you mentioned a book earlier. Could you just repeat it again? You said that you’d got some really great insights about onboarding.
Amy: Yes, Power of Moments. And he just talks about creating experiences. There’s a chapter on onboarding and it got me inspired and this is how you learn!
